We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our engineering department. The position requires a professional with at least 5 years of experience with software development within a manufacturing environment.

This position will be a key contributor to the software applications that make up our solution. This will include designing and developing complex wireless network and analytics applications.

Software development will consist of developing standalone management applications for network devices as well as backend and middleware for our centralized network.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who love coding and being able support full lifecycle development (SDLC) to bring products all the way from conception to release including development, debugging, testing, and documentation.

This position requires that the candidate must be able to follow best software practices and identify and implement process improvements.

The scope of this role is more diversified as a result of working within an intimate group and requires "ownership" of projects and effective proactive communication practices. Qualifications:

Candidates will satisfy the following experience and technical requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• A minimum of five years of experience in software development
• In-depth knowledge of Python, Java and C/C++
• Solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, multi-threading and synchronization
• Experience developing multithreaded client/server and web applications
• Strong written documentation skills
• Ability to profile and optimize performance of large distributed system
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts including OSI, packet queuing, scheduling and routing
• Working knowledge of Linux operating system
• Experience with network troubleshooting tools including tcpdump and Wireshark
• Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP and 802.11s

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our manufacturing department. The position requires a professional with at least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing and ability to speak Mandarin Chinese. This individual also must be familiar with continuous process improvement and lean/six sigma manufacturing techniques.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will plan and coordinate the company's manufacturing operations at contract manufacturers. You will ensure that all manufacturing operations, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with company quality, policy and procedures.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

• Planning, developing, and coordinating company operations at contract manufacturers. Conducting periodic reviews of procedures and processes at existing contract manufacturers. Serving as the primary interface with contract manufacturers
• Recommending and implementing manufacturing policies, standards, and processes at contract manufacturers. Assuring that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant. Providing technical advice and resolving technical problems and de-bugging of products or processes. Identifying and implementing new practices and processes that are "best in field"
• Driving improvements in manufacturing processes through the application of lean techniques and investment in new techniques
• Establishing clear measureable goals and objectives by which to determine contract manufacturers performance against operational metrics, results against projected timelines, training documentation, and safety
• Driving continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Conducting periodic quality audits and monitors adherence to quality standards and processes
• Assessing the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized by contract manufacturers
• Forecasting future requirements and technical trends to drive contract manufacturers in their technology roadmap. Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required
• Verifying reconfiguration requirements and monitors line moves
• Exploring and monitoring new processes and procedures to support contract manufacturers expanding requirements
• Reviewing and recommending selection of suppliers to contract manufacturers to assure quality and conformance to specifications
• Tracking manufacturing industry trends, relevant legislation, and competitor activities
